Return Window We accept return requests within 3 days of the delivery date. After 3 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Refund Contact us at heresafi1@gmail.com or call +92 303 825 3051 within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items Sale items, gift cards, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refunds.
